摘要: The cellular cycle (cc) span was measured by using differential sister-chromatid staining (DSCS) and applying the following methods: time (cct) according to graphic method of Dutrillaux Fosse (G-cct); analytical equation (A-cct) proposed in present paper, average generation (AGT) suggested Ivett Tice. mean values obtained three methods were 12.5, 12.7, 19.5 h, respectively. A-cct is more precise method, since procedure allows utilization numerical data, when graphical used, plotted a graph may vary employed scale. Cct choice over AGT because first evaluates actively dividing cells only considers those at M2 or M3. It will be useful study cell proliferation kinetics genetic pathological conditions investigate with accuracy effect cytostatic cytotoxic drugs.
