摘要: Coatings for implantable electrodes such as pacing electrodes, neurostimulator and electroporating sensing are described. The coatings highly biocompatible, having low polarization. They consist of a conductive substrate, sintered platinum/10% iridium; thin film outer layer carbon; intermediate high surface area. is preferably sputtered titanium nitride increases the area carbonaceous layer.
