摘要: A device and method are disclosed for capturing an electronic image signal from the interaction of light with features of, on, or near a media surface. In addition to signature marks, these can include characters, character strings, symbols, icons, dot pitches, line types, formats, optical densities, color, indentations, texture, patterns. More specifically, claimed invention is useful primarily optically capturing, processing, parameterizing, identifying hand written signatures, but may also be applied identification other surface such as print, art, graphics embossments, textures colors. The signals captured, processed, sometimes parameterized, used make associations name. These given statistical probability correctness.
