摘要: Summary Changes associated with a psychotic reaction to LSD were studied in 14 psychiatric patients, each of whom received at least 3 injections varying dose levels. Evaluation procedures included: the Jarvik questionnaire, certain physical measures (pupil size, patellar reflex, blood pressure, pulse rate), Bender-Gestalt test, Figure Drawing amobarbital “sleep” threshold, and autokinesis. Even though subjects as much 9 micrograms per kilogram LSD, meeting our criteria psychosis was induced only 7 subjects. Only test and, lesser extent, Drawing, provided data correlated appearance reaction. Susceptibility seemed be reflected mainly early disturbance performance drawing tasks.
