摘要: This disclosure relates to a method for measuring the concentrations of sugars in liquids by use near infrared as well an apparatus practicing said method. The comprises step wherein absorption spectrum sugar under investigation existing at first depth relatively close surface sample is computed using weak power infrared, deep second strong and concentration determined computing different between depths on basis results measurement steps. wavelengths are selected from anyone wavelength bands 950-1,150 nm, 1,150-1,300 1,300-1,450 nm. Since, according this method, which shorter closer visible region than prior art used, enables light beams penetrate deeper living tissue makes it possible measure non-invasively.
