摘要: A spinal facet fixation device includes a pair of jaws (24,26) hinged on common base (10). threaded actuator (12) bears against cam surface (34) the (24, 26) to draw points (32) together. surgeon applies opposed respective facets vertebral elements, and then tightens staple, method use, are also disclosed.
