摘要: The present invention describes the application of sirolimus and analogs to treat wound healing reduce scar tissue formation. Also contemplated are non-sirolimus compounds believed interact with mTOR protein that have similar effects. Specifically, various medium create, for example, microparticles, foams, gels, sprays bioadhesives may be administered during surgical procedures involving either open or closed site. Coating medical devices long-term implantation is as one method use above compositions.
