摘要: Disclosed are a method and device for preempting transmission resources on unlicensed carriers, so as to implement an improved technical scheme channel the thereby achieving higher spectrum utilization rate. The carriers provided in present application comprises: determines whether preset clear assessment (CCA) detection time point is reached, said CCA being reached cyclically, cycle shorter than allowed maximum duration of occupation each signal after preempts channel; performs when reached.
