摘要: Abstract In this paper, the effect of microwave and conventional sintering on doping behaviour Mn2+ Nb5+ in lanthanum germanate based apatite have been compared. The precursor has prepared by mixed oxide method conventionally calcined at 1100 °C for 6 h. resulting powders sintered energy 1400 °C 30 min heating 4 h. products characterized X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, Micro Raman spectroscopy, Vicker's hardness results are apatites similar compositions higher density than electric heating.
