摘要: Hydrogel membranes were prepared by radiation crosslinking of poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) in aqueous solutions. Effects PVA concentration, molecular weight, and dose on the permeation insulin immunoglobulin through investigated. Glucose was also studied. The density affected size macromolecular mesh hydrogel network as well water content membrane responsible for diffusion solutes. coefficient linearly increased all solutes with increasing hydrogels, indicating that occurs primarily hydrating polymer network. increase hydrogels changing weight brought about decrease which, turn, had an influence immunoglobulin, but not glucose.
