摘要: Resume Les cancers papillaires et vesiculaires de la thyroide sont les endocriniens plus frequents. L'envahissement ganglionnaire semble peu influencer survie globale, mais majore risques recidive locoregionale metastases a distance. limites points cles des curages cervicaux correspondant aux chaines drainage lymphatique decrits. La recherche du ganglion sentinelle est repandue alors qu'elle pourrait aider limiter le geste ganglionnaire. Le picking eviter. Il faut lui preferer un curage regle loge centrale qu'existent facteurs mauvais pronostic, sujet sexe masculin, 45 ans ou moins 21 ans, carcinome papillaire 1 cm vesiculaire 2 cm. Ce central etendu laterocervicales quand adenopathies envahies, taille superieure 3 cm, confluentes. prophylactiques inutiles. Quand diagnostic cancer thyroidien fait en postoperatoire, reintervention depend masse cervicale residuelle resultats l'IRAtherapie.
