摘要: Abstract Traditionally backcasting studies in the field transport are based on a single normative vision (often with clearly stated targets) and alternative pathways then developed to reach that vision. This paper expands discussion role importance of towards using multiple visions as part strategic planning process. is done by presenting method for pluralistic backcasting, which defined process where future participatory, interdisciplinary Delphi method. Further, constructed set policy packages collaborative key stakeholders. The approach outlined presents practical tools support development implementation climate strategies programmes transport.
