Results Of 563 POs, 261 (46%) met reimbursement criteria stating DRP Among these eligible systemic antiinfective (22%), alimentary tract metabolism (19%), nervous system (15%), cardiovascular (15%) drugs were most commonly identified DRP. Adverse reactions (which included interactions) common (42.5%), followed “dose too high” (16%) “needs additional therapy” (14%). Top change (41%) decrease dose (20%). The pharmacist’s judged be good excellent 70% POs; associated with region type. Conclusion suboptimal: issue failure state Collaborative efforts are needed from stakeholders (schools pharmacy, regulatory colleges, continuing education providers) help enhance their beginning skills.
