摘要: Objectives To use three-dimensional (3D) power Doppler ultrasound to investigate cerebral blood flow perfusion in fetuses with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods The vascularization index (VI), (FI) and (VFI) the total intracranial volume main arterial territories (middle artery (MCA), anterior (ACA) posterior (PCA)) were evaluated prospectively compared 112 CHD normal using 3D Doppler. Correlations between indices neurodevelopment scores at 12 months of age assessed a subset group, values those controls. Results Compared controls, VI, FI VFI three arteries significantly higher hypoplastic left syndrome left-sided obstructive lesions (P < 0.001), ACA territory transposition great (P < 0.01). The largest proportional increase relative controls was observed (P < 0.05). Among 41 cases that underwent testing, mean Psychomotor Development Index (PDI) Mental (MDI) lower than 94 tested (P < 0.001). these cases, positively correlated PDI (r = 0.342, P = 0.029) MDI (r = 0.339, P = 0.030), ACA-VI ACA-VFI (r = 0.377 0.389, P = 0.015 0.012, respectively) but not (r = 0.243 0.203, P = 0.126 0.204, respectively). Conclusions Cerebral increased most associated months. Prenatal might help identify brain vasodilatation earlier inform parental counseling. Copyright © 2015 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
