摘要: This essay examines the proposals developed by two of main theories distributive justice -libertarianism and egalitarian liberalism- with purpose reviewing possible moral foundations right to health care. While libertarianism -which supports "health care mercantilism"- guarantees idea that State leaves distribution market, liberalism tries lay a direct obligation guarantee this right, supported on principle equality opportunities Rawls.
