摘要: An inflammatory pseudotumour of the temporal bone is a rare, idiopathic, fibro-inflammatory lesion which mimics malignancy. Although such known to occur elsewhere in body as liver, abdominal viscera, pelvis, thorax and upper respiratory tract, involvement extremely unusual. We present case 60-year-old man, provided great diagnostic challenge. review key radiological histological results that confirmed diagnosis demonstrated for first time oral steroids alone may completely resolve condition.
