摘要: Configuration management tools have become quite adept at representing target configurations a point in time. While point-in-time model helps with system configuration tasks, it cannot represent the complete scope of tasks needed to manage complex environment over In this paper, we introduce mechanism for changes time and show how alleviates several common administrative problems. We discuss motivating factors, design, implementation approach Bcfg2. also describe can be applied other tools.
