Low sense of coherence interferes with lumbar spinal stenosis patients’ postoperative recovery: A prospective one-year follow-up study

摘要: In a prospective observational study (N = 97) we examined the changes in SOC score after surgical intervention for lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) and factors associated with low high scores. Logistic regression analyses were used to investigate predictors lowest tertile. The post-surgical recovery among group halted on three-month follow-up, whereas steady improvement was detected up one year postoperatively. Preoperative postoperative depressive symptoms highly pertinent of LSS patients, both as an indicator predictor one-year SOC.
