摘要: Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is a bioactive phospholipid that acts as an extracellular signaling molecule through six G-protein-coupled receptors: LPA1-LPA6. Recent studies have demonstrated LPA via LPA1 receptor plays crucial role in cognition and emotion. However, because of limited availability reliable antibodies, it currently difficult to identify the cell types expressing brain. The current study explored cellular distribution pattern brain using lacZ-knock-in reporter mice. In situ hybridization immunohistochemistry revealed LacZ gene expression these mice reflected endogenous Overall, some nuclei contained higher levels than others. majority receptor-expressing cells were Olig2+ oligodendrocytes. addition, ALDH1l1+ astrocytes CD31+ vascular endothelial also expressed receptor. By contrast, NeuN+ neuron Iba1+ microglia little or no neuroanatomical findings will aid elucidating receptor, especially those involved
