摘要: Fluorescent probe RTP was rationally designed and synthesized to differentially detect cysteine (Cys) glutathione (GSH) in different channels. constructed by incorporating a nitrothiophenyl receptor rhodamine fluorophore. The replacement of the mercapto group biothiols forms weakly fluorescent thioether. amino Cys/Hcy further attacks thioether through aromatic nucleophilic substitution via five/six-membered ring form highly red-emitting amino-substituted rhodamine. Moreover, has been successfully used for fluorescence imaging Cys living Hela cells.
