Comparison of contrast sensitivity and wavefront analysis after implantation of AcrySof IQ aspherical intraocular lens

摘要: Objective To determine vision quality when testing two acrylic intraocular lenses,AcrySof IQ and AcrySof Natural,after routine cataract extraction IOL implantation.Method Prospective,randomized,double-masked study that 260 eyes of patients who underwent implantation was performed.Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:AcrySof or Natural.One week,one three month postoperative evaluations included contrast sensitivity wavefront analysis.The independent-samples T test used.P＜0.05 considered statistically significant.Result The group has significantly hisher middle spatial frequency sensitivity.The difference in low getting significant along with time.Patients had a reduction total high-order aberrations spherical aberration.There no coma between groups.Conclusion use aspheric may improve the as result aberration.(Chin J Ophthalmol,2009,45:239-242) Key words: Cataract; Lenses,intraocular; Phacoemulsification; Contrast
