摘要: An outbreak of novel coronavirus infection occurred in China at the end 2019, which was designated as disease 2019 (COVID-19), and spread to regions across Asia ultimately all over world As 21 May 2020, a total more than 5 million cases with 350 thousand deaths were reported worldwide Evaluation pathogenicity determining efficacy control measures are essential for rapid containment However, is facing difficulties controlling COVID-19 both national global levels due variations by severe acute respiratory syndrome 2, causal agent COVID-19, diverse applied each country based on their capacities policies In present review, we summarize basic information findings related COVID- 19 pandemic, including pathogen agent, epidemiology, transmission, clinical manifestations Diagnosis, treatment, preventive or under development also reviewed provide opportunity establish effective scenario Humanity has progressed developing countless great technologies immense scientific theories, however it may be fact that cannot conquer risks humanity New challenges unprecedented pandemic level, such should contribute preparedness unknown diseases future, similar lessons learnt from A(H1N1)pdm09 influenza
