摘要: Nano crystalline barium hexaferrite, BaFe12O19, were synthesized from mixture of acetate and iron oxide by conventional mixed ceramic method. The precursors together with a 3wt% salt-catalyst (ammonium sodium chlorides) was intensively milled high energy ball mill for 10 hr. influence addition catalyst on the synthesis process has been studied XRD, SEM, DTA/TG TEM techniques. Analysis XRD patterns indicates that salt-catalysts can strongly alter morphology phase composition powder particles. Sample NH4Cl after milling hr annealing at 900°C 1 exhibited single hexaferrite mean crystallite size 20 nm.
