摘要: Abstract The antitumor effect of an immunomodulator, polyadenylic-polyuridylic acid, in combination with cyclophosphamide (CY) was studied C3H/He mice bearing established mammary tumors. On Day 14 after tumor graft, received either CY (90 mg/kg) alone every 2 weeks for a total four inoculations or alternate weekly the same dose and acid (300 µg) Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (400 during 8 consecutive weeks. 170, following results were obtained. ( ) Mice receiving showed significantly retarded growth; nevertheless, 30 34 (88%) died tumor, only 1 mouse (3%) free. b In combined , no more significant inhibition observed than those alone. c most acid.
