摘要: Self-assembling structures and sol-gel transition in solution of optically active racemic 12-Hydroxystearic acids (HSA) have been investigated by means small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), differential scanning calorimetry rheological measurements. Apparently two kinds gel, transparent gel turbid were obtained different solvents or changing concentrations the same solvent. The melting temperature is higher than that gel. difference can be qualitatively explained dissolution crystals (melting point depression) non-ideal solutions. SAXS profiles composed fibrillar a similar shape at concentrations, although intensity larger for gels with 12-HSA. analysis reveals cross-section fibrils square circular (no anisotropic shape) radius gyration 83 A. On other hand, structural inhomnogeneity becomes significant concentration. gelation properties are found to HSA (D-HSA)
