摘要: We present the first results relative to diffusion process of proteins (human serum albumin) adsorbed on or embedded in poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)/poly(allylamine hydrochloride) polyelectrolyte multilayer films by using fluorescence recovery after photobleaching. At least two populations exist top within architectures. One population, which typically represents 50-70% proteins, corresponds that are able diffuse laterally along surface multilayers, whereas others more slowly seem almost immobile over experimental time scale. This constitutes a key result for practical applications multilayers as targeted biomaterial coatings. Surprisingly, coefficients mobile comparable with multilayers. The coefficients, 1 order magnitude smaller than rigid substrates such silica poly(methyl methacrylate), 10-10 and 10-11 cm2/s.
