摘要: IVG is a GPS-based Inter-Vehicle Communication protocol used for alarm message dissemination among vehicles in highway risk situations. It based on the principle of wireless ad hoc networks. In this paper, we propose an improvement to towards supporting its interoperability environments where “GPS-U” without GPS devices are present. also case, because obstacles, certain have but cannot obtain their position via GPS. The proposed solution allows GPS-U vehicle compute with help neighbors that equipped “GPS-E”. Analyses show optimal performances can be reached even when rate 40%.
