摘要: Abstract A precipitate was formed when an aqueous solution of BaCl 2 , NbF 5 and urea in required ratio (the total metal cations to the is five) heated on a water bath at 100 °C. This decomposition 600 °C yielded nanocrystallites BaNb O 6 (BN), as confirmed by X-ray diffraction study (XRD). much lower temperature compared that prepared traditional solid state method (1000° C) reported for formation . Transmission electron microscope (TEM) investigations revealed average particle size 85 nm calcined powders. The room dielectric constant 1 kHz found be 900. ferroelectric hysteresis loop parameters these samples were also studied.
