摘要: Studies of genetic diversity and structure are key elements in designing effective situ ex management plans, especially for species experiencing forest fragmentation. To investigate the level populations Trichocentrum pumilum, eight polymorphic microsatellite loci were developed used genotyping 96 specimens from four disturbed populations. Low within was found (average number alleles per locus ranging 3.75 to 4.25, observed expected heterozygosities 0.238 0.333 0.450 0.482, respectively). The fixation index () ranged 0.35 0.47, with significant values all No genotypic disequilibrium detected. A mixed breeding system through an apparent outcrossing rate estimate. Our results suggest that these suitable studies this species, showing low population moderate T. pumilum
