摘要: The vanadium occurrence in stone coal, water leaching, and acid leaching residue was investigated by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) mapping point analysis, the transitions during roasting-leaching of coal were revealed. In roasting process, vanadium-bearing muscovite is converted to K-Na-feldspar, accompanying liberation vanadium. Most liberated reacts with sodium salt generate water-soluble vanadate, some calcite form water-insoluble calcium other exists as free oxide. However, for coarse grains, reaction K-Na-feldspar only occurs at outer margin interior grains not liberated. During vanadate leached out. oxide are dissolved out process vanadium, presenting surrounded still remains residue. Two suggestions, including optimization grinding-classification adopting microwave roasting, proposed improving recovery according transition rules.
