摘要: Dendritic cells (DC) are bone-marrow-derived that function as professional antigen-presenting (APC). Liver is an essential organ for a host defense. It not only armed with powerful macrophage system but also constantly surveyed by heavy traffic of DC and lymphocytes. In case emergency, such infection inflammation, in the liver accelerated. (interstitial DC) capture process antigens, enter draining lymph (DC hepatic lymph) accumulate T-cell area nodes (LN). LN present antigens to T B initiate immune responses. accelerated states, precursors recruited soon translocate lymph. Even mature can undergo blood-lymph translocation from after i.v. injection into normal rats. Rat Kupffer sinusoids capable selectively trapping blood vivo vitro, suggesting involvement certain adhesion molecules. presumably elaborate chemokines attract trap via selective adhesion, leading extravasation. The presence would induce rapid efficient responses thus contribute local defense within tissues well systemic blood-borne antigens. progenitors liver, these may play important role tolerance induction transplantation.
