摘要: Background: Actinic keratoses (AK) are sun-induced epithelial skin lesions, which at risk to progress squamous cell carcinoma. One of the treatments AK is photodynamic therapy (PDT), often has be repeated. Another treatment for these lesions diclofenac 3% gel. Although both have shown effective, they never been studied together. Objective: To investigate whether a pre-treatment on dorsum hands with gel improves efficacy PDT.
