摘要: Background: Physical activity (PA) of higher intensity and longer duration mainly accumulates from older adults’ out-of-home activities. Outdoor PA is influenced by environmental features; however, the day-to-day variability its associations with features have not been widely studied. This study focused on accelerometer-measured in people weekdays weekend days. Methods: The population comprised 167 community-dwelling aged 75 to 90 years. Accelerometers were worn seven consecutive days a structured interview physical functioning, health, socioeconomic factors was administered. A geographic information system (GIS) used assess within distance 500 (number land types, road network slope, intersection residential densities) or 1 000 meters (habitat diversity natural green areas) participants’ homes. Accelerometer-based bouts > 10 minutes moderate vigorous (MVPA)) analyzed for separately. Associations between using linear regression models. Results: Participants accumulated average 0.60 34.2 MVPA 0.50 31.5 Especially participants low overall less active at weekends. Habitat areas, density, density positively associated numbers weekdays. Moreover, more areas slope negatively number throughout week Conclusions: Environmental close home, especially PA-supportive infrastructural services, strongly weekday than PA. suggests that people’s activities, typically conducted weekdays, are related service use. However, greater home seemed motivate adults engage week.
