摘要: Business intelligence and analytics enjoy a great deal of attention today. However, there is lack studies considering the full data value chain from (raw) through business to valuable decisions, i.e. also scrutinizing latter stages chain, namely timely deployment operational usage insights as demanded by practice. Following design science approach, we develop concept for fast flexible integration into daily decision support. A key feature our provide in an understandable manner makers using rule-based expert systems approach. In order demonstrate feasibility concept, implemented prototype complex real-world scenario, unit load device (ULD) management air cargo industry. This research progress presents preliminary findings outlines potential proposed concept.
