摘要: In this paper, the torsional interactions in turbine- generator set due to electric arc furnace (EAF) load are presented. For purpose a generator, two EAFs and static VAr compensator (SVC) considered power system. Different stages of EAF operation modeled. At first stage direct reduced iron ( DRI) scrap being melted is modeled as pulsing load. second that called quiet melting, all scraps have changed material distortion quantities reduced. A nonlinear model which very close actual behavior for stage. Since used, there three different states generator. All these simulated with PSCAD. last effect SVC on turbines shaft investigated.
