摘要: The lattice vibrational properties of CuInSe 2 with CuAu-type ordering the cation sublattice are investigated theoretically by a first-principles calculations structure and dynamical characteristics including zone-center optical mode frequencies, phonon dispersion density states, elastic constants. results obtained for CuAu-ordered compared related experimental data comparative theoretical chalcopyrite phase compound. A critical analysis is given partly contradictory vibration reported .
