摘要: The research aim was to select, compare, and analyze interventions preventive actions from international bus companies decrease drivers' occupational stress sickness absenteeism. Through networking, surveys, literature study, 13 "natural experiments" were identified with an acceptable design rating. Interventions both work person directed. Principles of worker participation often followed. variety in intervention programs, outcome measures, case evaluations, methodological flaws makes it difficult present a general picture program effectiveness. However, analyses on more objective subjective outcomes do point at positive effects. This study suggests that prevention combines adequate proper implementation may be beneficial the employee company.
