摘要: Pain is one of the most commonly experienced and feared symptoms advanced cancer. Most cancer patients experience pain, usually moderate to severe intensity, also have a number distinct pains. The common type pain related bone metastases. Neuropathic occurs in one-third patients, alone, or as mix nociceptive neuropathic pain. failure manage properly due several factors. In developing countries, it likely be geography limited resources. Legal restrictions present barriers. developed "disease" rather than "symptom" model care, which minimizes symptom management. Other factors include lack physician education follow existing guidelines. Patients fear addiction, drug tolerance, side effects. Despite adequate resources, still undertreated.
