摘要: Cardioprotection (CP) is a way to guard the heart from damage secondary different insults, including ischemia, ischemia/reperfusion (I/R), and chemical, metabolic, physical stressors. Ischemic preconditioning (IPC), by single or multiple brief periods of protects against more prolonged ischemic insult. Although our understanding CP has increased substantially within last few years, precise signaling pathways involved mechanisms mediating role mitochondria in remain be established. Better cellular, molecular, biochemical events occurring may allow development new interventions improve outcome patients with myocardial diseases.
