摘要: Abstract The Co 3 O 4 nanocube/reduced graphene oxide (Co /RGO) composite paper has been firstly fabricated via a simple process. Several analytical techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission (TEM) have employed to characterize the /RGO composite. results indicated that nanocubes attached RGO sheets, average edge length of is about 200 nm. obtained exhibited maximum reflection loss −32.3 dB at 12.4 GHz with coating layer thickness 2.5 mm, effective absorption bandwidth less than −10 dB up 10.5 GHz (from 5.5 16.0 GHz) when an appropriate absorber between 2 5 mm chosen. Such high microwave can be used as promising candidate for new type electromagnetic wave absorptive material.
