摘要: This paper describes the application of a previously published multi-mycotoxin method for food and feed matrices based on liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS/MS) to analysis microbial metabolites in indoor matrices. The range investigated analytes has been extended by 99 fungal bacterial cover now 186 compounds overall. is single extraction step using an acidified acetonitrile/water mixture (which determined be preferable methanol ethyl acetate) followed diluted crude extract. analytical signal one third was reduced more than 50% due matrix effects spiked extract house dust, whereas other materials were less critical that aspect. For determination performance characteristics, reference material dust chosen as model sample extremely complex matrix. With few exceptions, coefficients variation whole procedure <10% limits detection <50 µg kg−1 obtained. apparent recoveries below half incomplete and/or detection-related effects. 14 samples from damp buildings revealed presence 20 different at concentrations up 130 mg kg−1. Most these have never identified before real-world samples, although they are known produced indoor-relevant fungi. underlines great value described on-site metabolites.
