摘要: Gastric carcinoma (GC) is a highly aggressive malignancy with poor prognosis. It widely accepted that results from abnormal cell growth due to dysregulation of the balance between proliferation and apoptosis. Our study aimed investigate clinicopathological prognostic significance p53, Ki-67, Bcl-2 in Tunisian GC patients by immunohistochemistry. was observed older showed p53 overexpression compared younger (p<0.05). There higher expression intestinal-type diffuse-type (p<0.05), well/moderate differentiated than tumors. The Ki-67 positively associated tumor size venous invasion Bcl2 occurred male correlated depth (p=0.02). A Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated an inverse correlation overall survival. Multivariate revealed site, were independent factors for gastric carcinomas Finally, combined group tumors p53+/Ki-67+/Bcl2- had behavior prognosis (p log rank=0.000). In summary, our data may provide useful information identifying GC.
