摘要: This paper analyzes municipal management through managerial and manager practices in family health program offices ministries basic clinics. Theoretically social relationship technologies are considered tools for the work carried out care field, they also valuable instruments change micro-policy of real done domain. The methodological approach is qualitative research techniques used were systematized direct observation as well semi-structured interviews. subjects ministry managers, coordinators directors from four cities state Maranhao. results have shown that based on a traditional style, characterized by hard bureaucratic core.
