摘要: Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is the one of most effective revascularization strategies for patients with obstructive coronary disease. Total arterial using or both internal thoracic and radial arteries has been shown to improve early outcomes reduce long-term cardiovascular morbidity. Although CABG evolved from an experimental procedure in 1900’s become commonly performed surgical procedures, there still significant variation amongst surgeons. We review history development a particular emphasis on pioneers evolution grafting.
