摘要: Glyceollin isomers I, II and III were extracted from soybean cotyledons (cv. Harosoy 63) inoculated with Phytophthora megasperma f.sp. glycinea race 1, separated purified by column, high performance thin layer chromatography quantitated spectrophotometry. The extinction coefficient of glyceollin I was 10 800, that conformed to published values. (ED50 approx. 33 μg ml−1) almost twice as inhibitory growth P. 1 on V8 juice agar. All three less active in hypocotyl extract 7 the most against zoospore germination, caused zoospores burst; ED50 values for 12·2 13·9 ml−1 respectively. Three isolates (1·1, 1·2, 1·3) obtained sectors colonies agar medium amended or Isolates 1·1 1·3 grew more rapidly a natural mixture than did wild type fsp. I. had similar rates II. not lose their tolerance when grown control are presumably genetically controlled variants. Tolerance increase aggressiveness soybeans.
