摘要: The author of this chapter is neither a lawyer nor an ethicist. following discussion, therefore, touches only lightly on the evolution neonatal care and legal philosophical debates which have ensued. Too little attention has been paid in recent texts to practical aspects what inaccurately termed ‘non-treatment’. Only practising neonatologist other members team caring for dying infant can know how demanding intensive work.
