摘要: In result of 20 pregnancies complicated by varicella 11 healthy and 6 defective offspring were born, 2 aborted the physician one pregnancy terminated stillbirth 3 siblings. Laboratory investigation 16 has shown that transplacental transfer varicella-zoster (VZ) virus did not occur in 13 cases (81.2%). transmission VZ was inconsistent with laboratory results, clinical course, epidemiological analysis. Intrauterine infection suggested typical case congenital syndrome newborn according to presence high serum antibody levels at time maternal decline. third case, antigen detected indirect immunofluorescence foetal skin tissue after medical abortion.
