摘要: This study examined the extent to which self-perceived work-related skills and barriers employment are associated with current status among a sample of recipients Temporary Aid Needy Families (TANF). The degree these perceptions differed between chronic drug using non-using women in was then assessed. probability significantly affected by conceptions self-competencies faced. Chronic use independently further reduced chances employment. Policy implications for TANF's mandatory work requirements discussed light findings.
