摘要: Abstract Linear infrastructures have strategic importance and impact on the social economic conditions of many countries, hence seismic risk management existing new designed ones is a crucial issue in earthquake-prone areas. High-speed high capacity railways are an example that assume increasing developed since they permit rapid transit people freight. Due to seismicity country, case high-speed Italian network appears suitable for assessing feasibility loss-driven earthquake early-warning system based real-time estimation expected damage probability lead-time. Among several subsystems compose network, paper focuses tunnels, largely present along route lines currently under design. This work describes procedure exploits disaggregation hazard define sets virtual sources potentially affecting railway's tunnels. Hence, tunnel structures time available implementing mitigation procedures can be calculated. Such applied two tunnels with different structural layout. The suggests considered best option undertaking measures would on-site threshold–based system. However, foreseen lining low both cases. proposed methodology easily generalized targets design optimal configuration early warning system, control, manage maintain railway network.
