摘要: Abstract Spores were collected from aethalia of the acellular slime mold Fuligo septica . The following components identified in spore cases at relative amounts (percentage dry weight) indicated: protein (12.0%), lipid (16.7%), total carbohydrate (62.3%), glucose (0.12%), galactose (0.56%), galactosamine (61.6%), melanin (7.1%), phosphorus (0.4%), silicon (0.36), calcium (0.66%), sulfur (0.13%), manganese (0.08%), and tin (0.02%). There was a significant fraction nonprotein amino acids made up largely phenylalanine. enriched for specific proteins, some which glycosylated.
